That looks good, that’s why I have the stock one available, I got the Core shifter and the old school Hurst style boot.

He lives! Wondered about you, figured you were dealing with what life throws at us.
Just noticed your from Abbotsford, BC. Haven’t been there in awhile, but loved my time up there fishing. My brother’s wife lived there.

So ugly. (Not just the boot. That floor...! Ew.)
Are you dead-set on OEM?
I made this when I installed the CORE/Hurst shifter. Leather. Thick leather. Too thick!
But I just stitched it up outa some scraps that were close at hand.
With thinner, or vinyl, that bulk around the top would be a lot less.
It's over top of the C/H-supplied dust boot.
Got an upholsterer/trimmer guy around your area?
