I have a 95 suburban I picked up with a bad motor for cheap. My plan was to drop in an earlier (I think mid 70s) 350 I had built for another project. This is a 2 piece rear main seal motor and i didnt realize the crank flange is different from the newer 1 piece rear main cranks. The center hole and bolt pattern on the original flex plate for this truck won't work, too small. My question is can I use a flex plate from say an older square body truck with a TH350? Will the 4L60E converter bolt to a TH350 flexplate?

You'll need a flexplate to fit the two-piece rear main seal crankshaft, neutral-balanced (NOT for a 400 sbc). Common as dirt.

Wouldn't hurt to verify the bolt circle diameter on the converter--but--many flexplates have multiple converter bolt circles.
