Few questions about rebuilding 4l60e

Thanks everyone for the replies.I will be removing my trans tomorrow after i drive it 30 miles so i can use a lift but wont be disassembling the trans till later.

Got the trans out with no issues might start to take it apart sunday.
Here is a picture of it sitting on the jack.

i will be bringing it home from work tomorrow to start dissembling it through out the week. i will post pictures of what i find.

got it tore down to the front planet and stopped. started to tear apart the input and reverse input drums. the 3/4 clutches are burnt up like expected everything else looked good but will be replaced. sorry but no pictures yet.

alright now that iam ready to buy parts i was looking for some advice on what to get. i do tow and im aggressive on the throttle.
here is the list of parts i need.
-all frictions and steels
-seals and bushings
-sunshell
- rear planet
-shift kit
-wiring harness
-torque converter
-corvette servo
-band

any suggestions on any other parts or what specific brand of items i should get would be helpful. and a seller or store i should buy from. thanks

alright after searching everywhere i have narrowed down the parts.
option 1 would be this from monster transmission.

the ebay parts come out together to 490.65 and the monster kit is 499.95
i do believe the ebay option has more. but im no expert so let me know what you guys think my best option is. thanks

Between those two I would go with monster. It has all of the solenoids, the sprags, and the pump kit.

that is what i was thinking probably going to order that tonight. i was considering their higher kit but i figured id never make enough power to need that, thanks for the reply and all the help
