Well i have done it again, some of you have known about this truck for awhile, i mentioned it in my CCSB thread, well anyways here is a run down

1998 ECSB Silverado K1500
3rd door
F44 3.73 G80
full load (cloth)
Pewter Metallic
Neutral Interior
Rust Free
350 (Blown up currently)
4L60E

i bought this truck for a decent price off the wrecking yard my friend used to work at. engine is milkshaked but still runs (barely)

first thing i did is picked up the NNBS 20s for $200!, need tires for them since these are bald, but guy even included the lug nuts!

turns out the TBI 350 is very low miles, we bet under 40,000KM

here is the engine coming out of the 1998, which i just finished pulling today

Damn good find! Wish there was stuff as straight as that in the salvage yard I go to, I'm a little confused on using the TBI block though, are you going to put the Vortec heads and intake on the 93 block?

yup, just using the tbi shortblock. the whole top end will be Vortec.

the truck is very clean, was the reason i picked it up, most gmt400s are beat to crap here

Daaaaaang. You've got the truck I wish I had. Now all it needs in My eyes to be perfect is a red interior. Mmm.

Looks good so far, can't wait to see more. I remember reading the whole build thread on your lifted red 2wd a few years ago instead of doing my homework. Haha.

I woulda sanded up those manifolds and shot 'em with some high-temp paint, but that's just me of course;
Looks like everything is coming together wonderfully!

By now you've had enough trucks to ask this question lol but do you prefer the 60/40 or buckets for extended cabs?

toss up, i like both as long as the 60/40 has the console, i put buckets in my crew cab because it had a full bench with the flip down console and i was in the windshield when my GF drove lol!
