Electrical issue

My voltmeter has been acting up. Normally it at 14 volts but I'll be driving down the road and it will start to drop, kind of bouncing, down to about 11 volts then stay there a while and so far it has always come back up to 14. I noticed today that the speedometer (electronic in my 94) was bouncing about 5 MPH up and down when the volt meter was down to about 11 volts then when it came back up to 14 the speedo was normal again. I've had the volt meter flucuation before, just not as severe and that was with a differnt alternator so I dont think it is the voltage regulator/alternator. Any suggestions?

Check all your grounds. Main grounds on engine, frame. Any you can find under the dash.
