door window removal?

any hints on how to get the glass, regulator and door card out? I have the door card all unbolted but can not seem to figure out a way to get the door stripped down for sound deadening

You have to separate the glass from the regulator by powering the motor and sliding the guides forward or back, and rotating the door cards clockwise and counterclockwise (which ever works) so the arms of the regulator rolls out of the guides on the bottom of the glass.

It's kind of hard to explain.

wow this is going to suck, considering the doors are off the truck and will have be powered with a power probe
