I figured we have a center console thread, why not try a door panel thread. Who has done what?

Is the carpet at the bottom of 96+ door panels removable, if so how? I've been meaning to look at mine for a while now but since I'm lazy I'll just let someone tell me

im glad someone made a thread like this, im curious too as to some pretty unique clever door panel ideas. i'd love to see some 95 and up custom ones if anyone has any
