Does this have a fuse?

have a tv wired to this wire but can't find if it is fused or not and if so where is the fuse. I lost power on the tv and found out it was accidentally grounded against a screw... help.

Here is a pic of the wiring and excatly what wire I have it ran to. Please help taking the kids to Disneyland tomorrow and a 6hr drive w/o this is going to be brutal for me! Haha

Looks like power comes through fuse #23 (for a 98 model, at least)...

Thank you guys!! Found the fuse and it was popped but barely visible!! Thank you. Fixed it and went to Disneyland!! Have a moment to respond now. Thank you!!
