ECM-B FUSE NO POWER

Hey guys, I've purchased a 1990 chevy van 30 RV from my past grandfather, and I've ran into an issue I've never had with the TBI 5.7, it cranks and sparks just fine, but will not start. If I jump the ECM-B fuse port, it will fire right up and run, has anyone else had this issue? And what would be the easiest way to fix it can I just run a new power wire to the back of the fuse block and call it ok? Thanks in advance.

A fresh wire may or may not be the easiest fix. I'd be looking at the wire to see where it's broken/burnt.
