Difference in front drivetrains

Is there any difference in the front drivetrains of the K1500,2500 and 3500?

Yes, A lot. The simple answer is 6-lug 2500s are interchangeable with 1500's and 8-lug 2500s are interchangeable with 3500s. There are some changes between years but for the most part that's a good rule to start from. At least to start a better question so we can help you find a better answer.

No. If I remember correctly the 1500/LD2500 are 8.5" and the 2500HD/3500 are 9.25".
