So your 88 K3500 was not a dually?
Nope.Nor was my brothers '90 C 2500 8600 GVW or his '98 K2500 8600 GVW they came with 9.5 differentials. I saw hundreds of trucks come through the Dealership optioned this way. G vans came through the same way. The 6.2 diesel came with both differentials depending on options ordered.

I was surprised when i saw an 88/89 K3500 with the 14sf. I thought it was a mis-badged truck or something. i had 2 K3500's, 88 and 89, but both were big block, but those trucks up till 90 maybe 91 had the goofy Dana 703HD, but the dooly's got the 14ff...

Roscoe's an '88 C3500 454 SRW with a full-floating Dana 70.
Did any of the K3500s have the Dana 70, or did they all get the 14 bolts?

I didn't realize that SRW trucks could have the Dana axle. I've only heard of them being DRW.
