Dash Lights out after Pioneer install.

Vehicle:
1999 (OBS) GMC K2500 7.4L

Stereo:
Pioneer DMH-WT8600NEX

1. Grounds are all good.
2. Fuses are all good.
3. Dimmer switch still fully operational.
4. Electrical signal to relevant fuses are good.
5. Used Metri-Pack GT150 to replace harness (correctly hooked up)
6. Originally tied Pioneers Orange-with-white-stripe wire to Circuit number 1382 (possibly should have been 8?)
7. Unhooked the Orange-with-white-stripe and capped (as many others in other forums have noted for their installs on other vehicles where this wire has caused issue)
8. Dash lights still out. (Hazards, airbag, turn signal etc. still work; Tach, speedo, etc. do not.

Thoughts?

Not yet, lol. I did find a small company that will redo all the gauges and lights and give a lifetime warrantee after they do it, Im thinking of going that route if I rio it out and change out a bulb and it still doesn't work. then at least I can rule out the bulbs and know it must be in the radio connection.
