Yes, it does. I am very happy with it. I have had it in the truck for a very long time. I have pics form 2015 that show it, and I think I had it in 2013 when I had the truck painted, and may be even before that. Im not sure. Maybe as long as 2010. I bought my truck in 2002 and I know it wasnt in there then. The top pic is from 2015, bottom pic, just a few days ago. You can see the top pic, I had 60-40 seats and the bottom pic, I have the Tahoe buckets, the 2004 Tahoe console, and the custom front console with the Chevelle shifter on the floor.

Ok. I got the basic cheapest dashmat . Same maker just not the ultimat. Mocha matched perfect. It's only the defrost vents on the side that dont line up perfect. Didnt know if dashmat lost there measurements lol
