Crew Cab Guys! (Need Help)

So my buddy has a crew cab dually and he has wanted to put the rear center seat down since he has owned the truck but we can't find a lever or anyway to fold it down. It jiggles a little but won't fold. Any help?

then should be the same rear seat as my 98, i'll take a look, i could have sworn it just folded down and became a arm rest

That's what it looks like but won't go. I don't know if it is just stuck

Yep it folds.

I would try fiddleing with it and wiggleing it back and forth. I have to do that to my front seats some times to flip them forward.

I've tried that. Maybe I can find a way to force it lol

Try to do it very gently and slowly. Kinda like the seat belt lock up, if it's a quick or forceful motion it will lock up??? Could be jammed up and the guts need to be rebuilt...
