Cowl panel removal

[95Escahoe]

I am going to pull the wiper cowl on my 95 Tahoe to see if I can fix this wiper leak, got a new cowl coming since part of mine is cracked, I know how the wiper arms come off so the cowl is just a few screws and take the washer fluid lines off? And u can do this all with the hood on right? I am thinking would be easier with it opened, thanks for the help

It has to be done with the hood opened. It extends under it. the two end pieces come off first.
