- Converting OBS K2500 to NBS AWD

So far I have the NVG149 and need to send the input gear out to milled and resplined to accept the 4L80E.

Does anyone have a link to some information on what is needed for the front diff. From what I see the axle flanges on my 2500 are bigger than the NBS 1500 AWD diffs. Do people swap the flanges, rebuild the axles with a different flange? Looks like the mounting spots are in the same location on both diffs.

Yup it will be a 3/4 Ton AWD Twin turbo 6.0 truck when said and done.

Now i'm having a heck of a time trying to find parts to lower it. I just want to drop it approx 3 inches. Apparently no one i have found makes anything for a 2500 4x4.
