Clutch fan, power steering pump, rattle chirp chirp

I can grab the fan at 9 and 3 and it wobbles. I also hear a chirp that goes from silent at first to louder and it will stop completely until i reach my desired speed and then it comes back. I can also hear a rattle when I really get on it. Also I've noticed that the power steering pulley has play in and out and makes a clacking sound but spins freely.

New belt tensioner and belt yesterday. It stopped chirping for about a 10 mile drive, shut it off and it came back the next day.

Is it the clutch fan and power steering pump pulley?

Sorry, the whole clutch fan wobbles on the shaft. The shaft itself doesn't wobble
