Looking for center Caps that fit these wheels I just traded for. Not sure what year or GMC/Chevy truck they came off of? Any leads on what size to look for? Aftermarket options?

They look like 04-07 factory 1500 Silverado wheels. Here’s what the cap looks like. Check out eBay, junk yard or Facebook marketplace.
