4.3/305 had a y pipe an one cat, 350 had two separate pipes an cats. Maybe someone swapped in a 350....

Guessing that old exhaust from the 305 is causing some bottlenecking in the power output of the new 350. Maybe I'm best to cut the old y pipe off and run duals right back.

Doubtful, it's probably fine as is.

Probably better for torque rather than up high like HP gains... If rather have torque personally then supposed wide open exhaust that woo give you "more power"...
