Any pictures of the tps and the tach signal wire and trans wire would be very much so appreciate
Sorry I've been busy and thought I would get an email when someone posted but I didn't.
Anyway, the computer needs a tach signal and the throttle position sensor to shift the 4l60e correctly. It gets the tach from the crankshaft position sensor and since I don't use it anymore you take the signal wire from the crankshaft position sensor, think it's purple, connect it AND the white tach signal wire from your old coil to the tach side of your new hei distributor. I also used the ignition power wire from the old coil to the battery side of the hei distributor. Just make sure your grounds are connected. My vortec has 3. One at the front right lower at the crankshaft position sensor, one on the rear of the head on the right, and one on the front left behind the power steering.
Holley sells a throttle position sensor kit to mount to their carb but I wanted to use a Edelbrock to I used this one. https://hgmelectronics.com/products/acculink-tps-kit
Set up is fairly simple and just use the wires from your old tps sensor.
Here are some pictures but they ain't very good.
Again, sorry it's been so long.

Bout to swap my 7.4 vortec to carb. The only thing I don’t have figured out is how to go from the hard fuel lines to the AN lines I’d like to use. Is there an adapter fitting that’s commonly used to go from the flared line to AN? I’d prefer not to trim the factory lines if possible. Thanks for any help.

You'll also probably want to swap the EP381 pump out for a TBI pump designed for ~12psi and then run the AN lines to a regulator that will pull the pressure down even further to around 4-6 PSI.

I recently cleaned the tank and replaced the pump with the Delphi unit for the vortec trucks. Was planning to use the aeromotive dual pressure regulator for EFI to carb conversions. Any idea on what psi the return fuel supply would be best set at? Pic of the regulator I plan to use is attached. Thanks.

7 psi

Holy crap! $320 for a fuel pressure regulator? Who's smoking crack? Lemme save you $250.

I've used this holley regulator before on a TBI truck I converted to carb, but that had a factory fuel pressure of 12-14 psi. Not sure it would be able to handle the psi of the vortec pump. Also, the dual regulator is nice in order to regulate the return line pressure back to the pump.
