In your title you say C1500 and C2500 so the answer is easy - yes.

A question for you though - is this 2500 a "light duty" (6 lug) or "heavy duty" (8 lug)?

If it's the 6 lug truck it's already basically a 1500 with a few upgrades - a few extra small braces in the frame, an extra leaf in the rear spring pack, and the preferred 9.5" 14 bolt SF rear (stronger than the 8.5" 10 bolt the 1500's got.)

If it's the 8 lug, you can swap basically all your stuff over to it. Front suspension control arms will bolt right into the frame. Rear end and springs will swap right over. Etc.

I have a c1500 and a k3500 side by side both 8ft bed. I stand corrected as the 3500 is thicker and 1-1/2" to 2" taller (top of frame to bottom of frame) under the cab area of the 3500. Maybe because its a crew cab? Other than having a bigger differential and heavier duty springs everything appears to mount and be in the exact location as the 1500 aside from the differences above. The front is different as one is 4wd and the other 2wd
