So on my 97 extended cab I'm looking to give it more of an aggresive stance.

After reading on here I'm gonna go the good ole budget route. Up front I'm just gonna cut the springs to give it a 2" drop.

The rear is where I'm having a tough time deciding. I do use the truck to haul stuff..it's not a daily or anything like that..occasionally driven to work and then to haul lumber or what not.

With a 2" drop I wouldn't replace factory shocks but with a 4' I would.

Anyone ever done a 2/2 or have pictures of it?

Ok thats what I am gonna do. One day I would like to do a full suspension upgrade but for now. I'm gonnna do a 2" drop shackle in the rear, and I'm gonna cut the front springs.

Does anyone know the actually difference in them a 2" drop in the rear should level the truck, but I may only try to drop the front 1 inch...I know that's a lot of work for not alot of result.
