Just curious of any benefits from having a billet dist? Buddy has one for sale.

Solves the problem of the plastic cracking around the screws for the dist. cap. That's all that I know for sure, sorry not much help here:lol:

Sorry but that's all I know about them :lol: I have not bothered to look for anyinfo on them because I have not needed to replace mine........yet

I will be getting one from dui when the time comes. I have there firepower ignition kit an its :boobs: they make good stuff....

Auto Zone makes an aluminum replacement distributor...It isnt shiny and "billet" but does the same thing...no more plastic ears to crack. I put one in my truck last year. Its nice to not have that in the back of my mind any longer.

I installed one of these from performance distributor's recently and it's nice, but my plastic oe dist. had the ear's completely broken off.
