Believe Motor Is Dead and needing 305 to 350 swap info

Pull the valve covers off and see if anything is a problem up there. Turn the crank by hand and make sure all the valves are moving and check for loose rocker arms. At this point, if you arent driving it, you have time to do so. If everything is good up top, that would point to the bottom end being buggered up.
