Yep, thats an oil leak and that plug hasnt been used in a LONG time, if ever. It looks similar to a A/C plug. More info is needed.

What- year, make, model, eng, trans . Without that you could be a Toyota, Rolls Royce, Mack, Boeing, Saturn 5 Rocket, Lawnboy....etc
