Anybody know what this connector is for ?

I found this above the steering column near the firewall . Anybody know what is supposed to be connected here?

Wiring from cruise control. Usually bright orange at the blade connector end, sometimes clear plastic.

Thanks , I guess that could be why the cruise isn't working. Warning buzzers and cruise are the last items I need to fix.
