Any suggestions???

Alright so I just got my 91 (black and blue) rcsb and it needs a motor due to having a rod knock but it has a clear title while on the other hand I've got my 96 (white) rcsb i just put a motor in and won't run due to having alot of electrical issues and it has a rebuilt/salvage title...which brings me to my question of should I part out the 96 and fix up the 91 or part out the 91 and fix the 96?...btw pics of these trucks are in my photos
