ABS light malfunction?

hey guys i have a 96 1500 4x4 and for the past while my ABS light has been coming on and off and its starting to drive me nuts. obviously i know braking stays the same with the light on, just no anti lock action. how would i go about diagnosing this myself?

Check the fuse first. Under the hood. 60 amp fuse. Might be blown but still making some contact.

i checked the fuse and its not blown

Change the bad front wheel hub
