Another quick way to check how well the system is working is to physically touch the AC lines. After a few minutes of use the receiver drier should be cold and sweaty. Check the temps on the condenser out line before and after the orifice tube location. before the orifice it should be hot and after the orifice it should be ice cold. Especially with the ambient temps you are having right now, the differentials should be easy to determine.

This will be a good way to determine if the issue is in your blend door or actually in the A/C system itself. If your lines do not cool down within a minute or two then you'll know the issue is under the hood and not necessarily in the cab.
This guy is busy, so far all we've gotten from repeated questions is that the condenser is installed upside down
