Hey guys, tried looking to see if anyone posted it but didn't have any luck. I'm looking for the pinout diagram for the connector that plugs into the headlight switch. I've looked on Mitchell and haven't had any luck as well as Google. Im pretty sure I got a bad switch but I would like to test wires to make sure if any of you wouldn't mind posting a picture of it. Thanks in advance

Pretty sure that covers all the various functions of the headlight switch.

Connector Pin, Wire color, function --
B: Gray, to lighting control module or keyless module for dome lights
C: Red, Power In from Lighting fuse (50A underhood)
D: Gray (might be pink), headlight switch backlight in
E: Dark Green, to instrument lighting fuse (10A Fuse 14 in cab)
G: Yellow, Headlights Out
H: Orange, Power In from Park Lamps fuse (20A Fuse 9 in cab)
L: Purple, dome lamp defeat (button to door-open buttons on dash ends)
M: White, dome lights return (to dimmer knob top position)
N: Purple/White, to VFDisplay dimmers
R: Black, ground
S: Brown, Park lamps Output

In regards to the white wire, where exactly is the s246 splice located? the schematic says "crossbody harness approximately 41cm from left door breakout" but I cant see any obvious junction in that area. Im assuming I can just splice it into the white wire that the courtesy lights connect with but would rather use the factory location. the white wire coming off of my dimmer wheel is loosely hanging in my dash.

The junctions aren't too obvious unless you remove the tape on the entire harness - then you'll see where several white wires go into a taped up splice pack. It's basically a glorified butt splice with multiple wires covered in tape that's stickier than melted duct tape. You'd be fine just splicing it to the courtesy lights white wire at any point.
