96 k1500 with a holley 80457-10 4 barrel.

I have fuel coming out of my primaries when I move the throttle lever but the truck will not start unless I put fuel down the secondaries. What could be the possible issue? It will start then run after i do this only if keep on the throttle if I let it go it will shut off.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
