I have a 96 Chevy suburban that am fixing to sell and am having issues with the a/c system! Not sure if this is the right part of the forum or not!! But anyway its not staying charged and I've stuck dye in it but can't seem to find where its leaking out at. Does anyone know of a common place they leak??? Or I might just need to start pulling stuff apart to find it!

Common places would be the compressor, charge fittings, and low pressure switch. Anywhere else is still suspect. You have inspected the rear lines and the condenser, correct?

If you put dye in it, just keep tracing. Go over every spot that there is a connection and could be a bad O-ring as well as sensors. I had a hard time tracking a leak down for a while until I figured out it was coming out of the front seal for the main shaft the clutch was on.
