93 GMC Sierra 350 TBI misses in 3rd gear

So got truck going with new ECU, now it runs good but starts missing/chugging when shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Miss goes away when downshifting back to second.
No engine codes set! Any ideas/places to start looking?
