91 4.3 V6 throttle body ticking

I have a 1991 4.3 V6 that the throttle body is making a rhythmic clicking noise while running at idle. Anyone have any ideas?!?

Injectors firing, will make a clicking noise. Can you use your hand to feel where the sound originates.

I can tell it's coming from the throttle body and when you give it gas it clicks and pops more
