90/94 gage cluster overlay wtf?

My 94 has this stupid white and blue gage over lay . The glue is coming off the back and it pushes on the needles and won't let them move . I don't want to pull the needles off and have them in the wrong place so ill just leave the stupid over lay on it , is there an easy fix for this or do I have to take the thing off and install all new cluster lights ?

Pull it out an take it apart. If you search u find a tutorial in here to take it apart. It's fairly simple if you have patience an follw directions
