89 tbi 350 k1500 cuts out over 2500rpm

Tried everything on the latest truck luckily I have another tbi truck to swap parts from so has a long list of parts that are known to be good complete tbi swap (iac tps etc.) Complete distributor coolant temp sensor o2 sensor (brand new bosch) new plugs and wires over 2000-3000 rpm the truck cuts completely out then surges trying to pick up but never can

Update double checked timing perfect 0 degrees initial timing with out computer advancement known good coil ignition module could it be the egr giving me this many issues also have a cat delete exhaust
