Hey I’ve got a 89 2500 with a 350 TBI and th400 that I am swapping to carburetor and intake. I just wanted to know what would be needed for the transmission to work properly with the conversion. Thanks

Nothing. TH400 doesn't need electronics to run. If don't have VSS hooked up speedo won't work. Nor will the kickdown, but that can be adapted.

Anyone know how to get the speedo to work with the moonie gauges?

You'll need the reluctor gear for the VSS that goes on the tail shaft. YMMV
