88-95 TBI Intake Tube/Tube Collar

Hey guy, I can't find the tube that goes from the firewall to the air intake and I'd like to go back to the closed air intake for hunting season (mud). Anybody have one laying around where they swapped to an open element or just have an extra? I also need the strap that mounts the tube to the wheel well.

Yeah with the tubes coming off both sides with one going to the firewall and the other going to the metal structure the filter goes in.

I am lost.. You talking about the whole factory air intake setup that directs air in from the passenger fender?? I don't know of any of them that directs air from the firewall?

Yes that! I didn't mean to say firewall, meant fender! I have the air cleaner assembly (the part that holds the air filter), just need the tube that goes from that assembly to the pass fender.

well I'm thinking about going open element sometime in the near future so if/when I do I'll pm you about the one on my truck

Wanna trade straight up for everything? I have two filters and two bases for the open element too, I'd send you all of it. Only thing is I'd have to keep my 3/4" riser collar that is required if you want to use the 4" filter because you'd have to ue the drop base plate, I think I got it for less than $10 on Summit. All I'd want of yours is the tube and the collar that bolts to the bracket on the fender to hold it there.

I'd give you: Chrome Edelbrock Cover, two filters with less than 500 miles on each, two chrome base plates + shipping

For your: Tube assemby and collar that attahches to fender + shipping.

You keep your old filter and air cleaner assembly. We pay to ship our own junk. Deal? lol
