8 Lug wheel question

Trying to find out if all of the Chevy 8 lug trucks have the same lug pattern. For example will an 8 lug rim from a 2000 truck fit on a 1994 truck?

FYI they are all the same as any 8 lug Dodge too, the only one you have to watch out for are newer Fords, I forget the cutoff year where they went to metric, late 90's and up I think?

Ford switched to metric in '99 I think, before that they were standard and had a larger center bore than Chevy because they were lug centric wheels instead of hub centric like Chevy is. Then GM 8 lug switched to metric in '09 or '11. But anything before that would fit real nicely
