Yeah all newer ones use the same six lug patterns as 4x4s. I'm not sure if 99-02's might have used 5 lugs on 2WDs? Hopefully someone else can chime in.

The 99-00 Tahoe limited had some newer design 5 lug wheel's and also so did some of the late 90's early 00's fullsize conversion van's they got the same wheel's as the Tahoe.

The following are the 5x127mm(5x5") vehicles:

55-95 - WAGONS & HD models - 1/2" bolt hole - low offset - 14x6, 15x6
90-97 - CAPRICE CLASSIC - 12mmx1.5 - low offset - 15x7
94-97 - IMPALA SS - 12mmx1.5 - low offset - 16x8
71-91 - 1/2 TON BLAZER, JIMMY, SUB FULL SIZE 4X2 - 1/2" bolt hole - low offset - 15x6, 15x7
92-99 - TAHOE, YUKON 4X2 - 14mmx1.5 - low offset - 15x6, 15x7
67-98 - 1/2 TON TRUCK ALL MODELS 4X2 - 67-87 1/2" bolt hole, 88-98 14mmx1.5 - low offset - 15x6, 15x7
85+ - ASTRO/SAFARI - 1/2" bolt hole(certain camper models had 14mmx1.5) - low offset - 15x6
01+ - SAVANA 1500 - 14mmx1.5 - (currently unknown offset) - 16x6
71-96 - VAN G-SERIES 1/2 TON - 1/2" bolt hole - low offset - 15x6

The site doesn't show the hub bore for any of those listed........so I'ma go get a rough estimate in a bit, but if I remember correctly, they're either 73mm or 78mm for our 2wd 5-lug trucks.

I'm not sure if the Tahoe's are the same bolt pattern as the regular 1/2 ton trucks, which are 5" X 5". Not hard to find out, though. Measure from the center of one bolt, or bolt hole on the wheel, skip one bolt, measure the distance to the next after that.
If they are 5x5, the only factory wheels that will fit, are from GM trucks, of course, then Astro vans, Impala's, & Jeeps. GM trucks use a larger wheel stud, so the other wheels may have to have the holes enlarged. I know the Impala wheels need this done to them.
You will also have to check the size of the center hole. I bolted some older style truck rallies on one of my trucks, & it was a major PITA to get them off the rear because of that. Doesn't take much to get the holes bigger. A small pneumatic grinder, an 80 grit cone, & five minutes.
All these wheels, (with the exception of the Jeeps, because I don't have any experience with those, I don't know), are 15".
The only factory wheels that are available larger than 15" are the '91-'96 Impala SS wheels. They are 17". These will require the bolt holes to be enlarged from 1/2" to 5/8", & they will need 1/4" spacers in the front, but you can use the spacers on the rear as well, for a uniform look.
Good Luck finding those. They're out there, but, people that have them, usually want stupid amounts of $$$ for them.

Am I the only person that still prefer's the look of a 5 lug 5 spoke simple design wheel over 6 lug wheel's?

That's what got me into GMT400's in the first place. The last trucks made by GM with a 5 bolt pattern. I had square bodies before. 6 lug is O.K. for 4X4's. Lowered trucks just look better (to me) with the 5 bolt pattern.
