5 lug to 6 lug swap

They where right around $280 or so maybe a bit more because I had them put new wheel studs in them. I ordered them for my year truck but had them drill in the 6 lug pattern.

I would not have an issue pulling my OE axle shafts and welding up the holes, but to re drill the 6 lug pattern by hand is what concerns me a little. What did you use to get the 6 lug pattern correct ?

I ordered new axels and had them drill them. I looked into having a machine shop here welding them up and redrilling them but couldn't find anyone.
