5.7 to 5.3

I know there's probably a post already on this site that give this information already. I've just more than likely overlooked it 100 time already. Basically I have a 97 5.7 with 245,000 original miles and I've not had to do 1 thing to it. It's still running good. With that being said I know they don't last forever so I'm preparing myself for the swap. Basically I need a "How to swap 5.7 to 5.3 for dummies" manual. Besides the 5.3 motor, wire harness and computer, what all is needed. Not really looking to build the motor, maybe just buy little stuff like cold air and programmer later on. So other than those 3 basic things what all is needed. Also if anybody else has done this what was the cost of your build minus price of motor, computer and harness?
