Did you do it your self? Ive got 315/75r16 on my truck with 3.73 and it a bit of a pig on gas! And it's lots a lot of power, I think I'm going to put 4.56 in and maybe that would help

Awesome! Did you guys do it your self? If so how hard is it? I was told it would be about 900 bucks to get 4.56 in my rear end so Im thinking about doing it my self!

900?! i'm getting my detroit locker, 4:56 gears and complete install kit put in for $100-200. of course my axle is not in my truck, but price still seems a bit steep. dont think it would be too hard, definitely have to take your time on it though.

I found axles with yukon 4.56s and posi in them already so we just swapped the axle over. I still have to do tge front but it should be alot easier to swap in.

Thats an awesome deal to have that work done for 100-200 bucks? The best price I've gotten for front and rear is 600, 900 is pretty high though.

Gears are the best money and upgrade to be done when running larger tires IMO. I would absolutly hate to run 35's again with stock gears.

And yet so many don't listen when people tell them mechanical advantage is best.
