3/4 Ton of fun - ‘95 Sierra

Got ahold of them. They stated that the ball joint goes on the underside of the arm and the studs go in from the top. They asked for photos of my issue and said they normally have issues with people putting them in from the top, but this was new to them. At first thought they said the arm could be deformed somehow, maybe from rust expansion.

I emailed them the photos and should hear back from them soon.

How can they fit properly with the TTX stamp on it. That alone will keep it from seating properly.

Can’t believe you’re the first person who mentioned the embossed lettering to them, they had to have heard about that before.

But tomorrow will be fun. Off to my favorite salvage yard tomorrow. I’m looking for the following:
V6 air cleaner tube
GMC grille 88-93, 94+
Denali front clip
Grille hardware
Bow tie
Maroon door handle bezels
Center caps
92-94 bench seat in red
Third brake light
Total long shot but I need running boards for the ‘94.
Anything else that catches my eye.

Good day at the yard. @618 Syndicate i did not find seats for you.

I did find a damage-free 94+ WT grille that will be going on my ‘94. Also everything for a hydroboost swap on the Sierra. Couple odds and ends, clutch pedal, air dam with tow hook provisions. Two OEM mirrors, while they may not look great they are solid. They will clean up.

Took a lot of parts off this truck. ‘95 K3500 with an NV4500 behind a 5.7. It had been in a flood at one point. 150K on it.
