20in wheels

Im looking to get these wheels

the wheel tech said that the offset was not right and that the wheels might need some spacers. Is this true?
In the Fitament section it does mention 88-99 Suburban 1500, which is why I figured these wheels would fit with no problem.
Offset=31
Hubsize=78.1

Are there any other places that I can find some wheels at?

I would get factory wheels off craigslist or junkyard.. those are over priced for a factory look wheel. To me anyways..lol

Is your suburban 4x4? The wheels listed are a six lug wheel. They will not fit a C1500 suburban 4x2.
