2 Wire conector going no place

I have and seen it on junk yards trucks, behind the splash guard along with the crank sensor harness two wires with a connector that I can't find where it goes.
I am not sure if this is the right place to post this
I see the air bag sensor and that wire comes from a different harness.

If it's in with the crank sensor it's probably the EVO wire. It goes to the back of the power steering pump.
