1998 4.3 vortec

i have a 1998 4.3 vortec if convert to tbi will horse power and torque go down? im thinking about putting it my 1992 truck with a tbi 4.3 and will the stock 92 computer still work with a 98 v6 ?

If you keep the injection setup on the newer motor you'll need all of the electronics from that truck. The simplest solution is get an Edelbrock intake for '96+ heads and use a TBI adapter. You're going to need a chip made up for it.
