Intake swaps 4.3

I have a 4.3 gm in my boat, a couple of years ago I upped the 2bbl to a 4bbl and closed loop cooling system. Now I want to install an MPI system. The current block/heads is/are a 1992 4.3 gm. I would like to know if the intake from a 1996 4.3 with an MPI will fit. I am not worried about computer and sensors as I have a workaround for them but I am not sure if the intake will bolt on. Can anyone tell me if they are interchangeable?

The '96+ Vortec 5.0L and 5.7L have different bolt patterns for the intake compared to previous small-blocks.

No idea on the V6.
