1998 2dr Tahoe Seatbelt Retractor

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic cover over the seatbelt retractor? I have it out but how in the hell do you switch covers? The only thing I can see is taking it apart but I don't know where to start. Any info would be great thanks

carefully, mine was clipped to the back of the retractor somehow, kinda just popped off while messing with it so i dont really have an exact answer.

I wish mine was that lucky. Might have to make a trip to pull-it yard and get one to pull apart this weekend.
