1997 K3500 - NV4500 Clutch Hose Fitting Removal

This is a rookie question, but how am I supposed to disconnect these fittings from the master and slave cylinder? My clutch hose has a leak and needs to be replaced.

On the slave end push the line in an the press the white collar in an it should unlock an pull out.
